Commitment Season: Leading Your Money With Intention

Hello God’s Future Billionaire,

Welcome back to “The Building Block!”

February reminds us that commitment isn’t just something we feel. It’s something we practice. Love shows up in consistency, honesty, and care over time.

The same is true with money.

Most people want financial freedom, but without realizing it, they treat money like a passing emotion instead of a long-term relationship. Especially this time of year, when tax refunds are on the horizon and spending plans begin forming before clarity ever does.

February becomes a quiet checkpoint, a moment to ask: what am I truly committed to building?

In true form to Building The Whole You, let’s put the word on it:

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.” (Proverbs 21:5)

God’s word makes it clear: abundance follows intention. But intention requires leadership and leadership with money doesn’t happen by accident.

This is where many people struggle not because they lack discipline, but because no one ever taught them how to plan money in a way that honors both faith and real life. That’s the heart of what we do inside Building The Whole You.

We teach Money Mapping. Not as a formula, but as a framework. A way to move from hoping things work out to intentionally mapping them out, so your money supports the life God is calling you to steward.

Your February Building Challenge:

🛑 Discipline: Pause one spending habit that no longer supports where you’re going.

🎯 Intention: Write out your Money Map. Seeing it clearly changes how you move.

🧭 Strategy: If a refund comes, split it with purpose toward freedom, stability, and rest.

Money doesn’t need motivation. It needs direction and direction brings peace.

I’ve recorded a message this month that walks this out even deeper. In it I walk out how to stay anchored when temptation shows up and how to build freedom one decision at a time. 👉 Watch it when you’re ready, and let’s continue this journey together. www.buildingthewholeyou.com

Remember:

Every dollar has a purpose.

Every plan has a promise.

Every win has a witness.

But you know what it is. Until next time, “Oh my beloved brethren, I will that you prosper and be in health Even as your soul prospers (3 John  1:2).”

Now Let’s Build,

Blanche
